Begin your 'Quick Start Setup' & explore training by tapping the '?' icon in the top right of the Coachmatix dashboard. We recommend completing the 'Quick Start Setup' & 'Marketing Systems 101' for starters. As you explore features of Coachmatix, you can learn about that feature by using the search bar within the training section or finding the necessary training tab category.

Using Customer Support To Ask Questions

Training & support are both within the '?' icon in the top right of the dashboard. Tap the '?' and open the 'Contact Us' to submit an email ticket after hours or chat with a live rep between 8pm / 4pm PST every day of the week by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right if you ever have technical questions, bugs, or account questions.
